🍳 How to Prepare

How to Prepare

1. Soak the Kohila
Place the dehydrated kohila in warm water and soak for 10–15 minutes until softened.

2. Rinse and Drain
Rinse the soaked kohila and drain the water.

3. Start Cooking
Add the kohila to a pot with 1 cup of water and the curry spice mix provided in the pack.

4. Simmer the Curry
Cook on medium heat for 10–15 minutes until the kohila becomes tender and absorbs the flavours.

5. Add Rasa Booster
Add the Rasa Booster sachet, mix well, and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.

6. Serve
Serve hot with rice and enjoy the authentic taste of traditional Sri Lankan kohila curry.
