How to Use
Enjoy a perfectly thick and flavorful traditional Sri Lankan meat curry in 3 simple steps:
Marinate & Prep: Cut 500g of your preferred meat (Chicken, Beef, Pork, or Mutton) into pieces. Add 2-3 tablespoons of Double R Meat Curry Mix directly to the meat. Add chopped onions, green chilies, garlic, and salt to taste. Mix well and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Cook: Place the marinated meat in a pot. Add a small amount of water (or thin coconut milk) just enough to cover the meat. Cover and cook on medium heat until the meat is tender.
Simmer to Perfection: Once the meat is cooked, reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes. The natural grains and mushroom powder in the mix will automatically thicken the gravy into a rich, savory sauce.
